How long will my photo shoot be?
Depending on your session type, photo shoots can last up to 1 hour. 

When is my deposit due?
Your deposit is due at the time of booking. The price on the session page reflects the Deposit price only. We cannot guarantee availability until your deposit is paid. Invoices must be paid within 24hours. 

When is my balance due?
Please note that you're only paying for your deposit on the website in order to confirm a session. Your balance is due the day of your session. We accept cash and all cards. 

Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non refundable even in the event of cancellation. This means that you will not receive your deposit back even if you cancel your session. 

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, we need a 2 day notice. Your new session must be scheduled within 14 days. Your previous deposit paid will be used towards your balance. If you then cancel on your new session date, you must pay another deposit when scheduling again. 

How long does it take to get the photos back?
Digital albums will be sent via email within 4-5 business days. Prints take up to 7-10 business days to process. They will then be mailed. 

Are props included?
Depending on your theme of choice, some props may be supplied. 

What happens if I'm running late?
We strongly advise being on time to your shoot, however life. If you will be more than 25 minutes late, please give us a call as soon as possible. If you're 30 minutes late or more, you will be charge a late fee of $25. 

What if I need to do a shoot that is not listed on your site?
For photo shoots not mentioned on the site, please email us at booking@vintagedope.com with more details. 

How do I order extra prints?

Where are you located?
Vintage Dope is located in Trenton, NJ. We service the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York areas. For states & countries not mentioned, please email booking@vintagedope.com. Travel fees vary.
